True Abundance

Dear Ones,

We live in such a beautiful and abundant world. But even if we were surrounded by riches and abundance beyond our wildest imagination in the realm of duality there is still a possibility to focus on lack and limitation. So it is not so much about what is “out there” but the place we are coming from. True abundance, true prosperity has to come from within.

It is such a magical moment on the journey of awakening when we remember fully that everything we seek is already within us. When we fully realise that our true nature already IS abundant. It is then only a natural consequence that it appears externally too as we no longer feel separate from it.

This insight is actually very practical. As anytime we are striving, struggling or trying to “make it happen” we are actually coming from lack. We feel separate from what we want. Realising this is incredibly self-empowering as whenever we notice this, we can simply pause and remember that we can’t “get there from there”: Lack just creates more lack. Shortage creates more shortage. Limitation creates more limitations.

Sometimes it’s quite humorous as we’ve been taught to live this way and so many of us are repeating the same pattern over and over and still expecting a different result. Which is – as we all know – the definition of insanity. When we can see it clearly we can actually laugh at ourselves instead of judging ourselves. Laughter is liberating, laughter can reconnect us instantly again to our true nature which is light like a feather.

And so despite the conditioning which taught us otherwise, pausing and stepping back when caught in a struggling mode is far more effective than pushing through. Pushing through would just further maintain the lie that there is something to push against. In the mindful pause we can remind ourselves of the ultimate truth again – that we already ARE abundant or even abundance itself.

What then emerges from this place of inner alignment is magical and often surprising. As we align not only with inner abundance but also with the infinite part of ourselves it opens the door to infinite solutions and infinite ways for manifestation. Abundance can reach us “out of nowhere” or we receive a brilliant idea or take inspired action. But any action coming from the truth of who we are won’t be depleting. It will be joyful, invigorating, it will feel good. So we often don’t even care what the result will be. And as energetically detachment is like an open hand which finally CAN receive, the results are often far greater than we expected. How a very different journey than a journey of struggling and striving!

Two very different journeys, two very different choices, two very different results. One comes from an illusion or lie, the other from the truth of who we already are. We are making the choice every day, every moment. We are totally free to choose. We can choose to identify and act from the small self or from the greater self. There is no right or wrong. But when we know and experience that the greatest power requires the lightest touch, the days of struggle are over!
