Your Point of Power Is in the Present Moment

Love calls everywhere and always. We are sky bound. Are you coming?” Rumi

Dear Ones,
your point of power is always in the present moment. Right now. Our physical 3-D reality of time and space fools us into believing in the continuity of time, but energetically we are literally new in every moment. On the practical level this means that our past has much less influence on who we could be right now than we might believe.

I am forever fascinated by beliefs. They are so powerful as we can create our everyday lives only within the boundaries of our personal beliefs. And there are so many of them we don’t question at all. But our individual evolution, growth and deeper understanding of who we truly are means questioning our beliefs, letting go of the false ones based in fear and limitations and opening to the new, more expansive and life affirming ones based in the truth of love, based in our true identity.

And so one of these beliefs is a belief that our personal past experience has power over us. This is a general belief and within the common acceptance of this belief there are some variations depending on the individual. We all know those who are “stuck in the past” not getting over some difficult situation and carrying it – often unconsciously – into the present moment, which seems to be always somewhat coloured by the shadow of their past.
On the other side of the scale are those progressive souls ahead of their time in the way of thinking and living. They are literally living outside their time and not following the consensus of their contemporary society and their contribution to humanity is often fully recognised and appreciated by the next generations.

We are all somewhere on this scale, but I think it’s quite obvious which side of the scale affirms more life, joy and passion and can serve us as a guidance. And so the questions we could ask ourselves to fully connect to the power of the present moment are: Who would I be without my past? What would I do now if I did
n‘t have any past, If I were new at this moment, with a clean slate and without any negative beliefs about myself and the world? What would I do next? Where would I live? Who would I be with? What would be my life purpose? What would be my interest, my passion?

Do you feel the power of the present moment now, dearest One?

I look forward to meditating with you,
