The Beauty Of Simplicity

Dear Ones,

As we are experiencing and will continue to experience so many changes both in our personal lives and collectively, many of which we would never anticipate, it’s good to stay grounded and allow these changes to take place. Meditation is such a wonderful gift helping us to embrace the natural flow of life. It allows the depth of stillness to take over and smoothe the water of our mind which is constantly stirred by both external and internal waves. And as we allow ourselves to drop deeper into the knowing that all is well and always will be, we connect deeper to the heart, to the body, to the simplicity of life.

Our lives might look very complex on the outside in the midst of all these changes but as long as we stay connected to our inner truth and our values the simplicity naturally emerges and leads us flawlessly forward. And whenever you are grounded, you are here and now, reality becomes your friend and the next step to take becomes obvious to you. You realise that less is more and you don’t let your mind complicate things too much. You simply take the next step and it’s enough. For now.

In meditation you let yourself be held and supported by the Divine and Angels and so you naturally return to the lightness of your true being and let go of any heavy burdens your mind artificially imposed on you. This doesn’t mean denying your responsibilities but rather understanding them from a higher point of view so they don’t weigh you down and don’t create unnecessary struggle in your life. You allow yourself to be who you are and what is not in harmony with your authentic self just falls away naturally and effortlessly like a dead leaf falling to the ground. And in simplicity a renewed joy of life ripples through all your being and revitalises your body, mind and spirit and you arrive: You are in the world but not of the world…

I look forward to meditating with you.

Lots of love,
Jana xx
