Dear Ones,
For years I have had this beautiful vision of the golden age when all humanity will live in peace, love and harmony. And yes, a full manifestation of this vision might take some time but I sense we are undeniably moving in this direction no matter how it looks on the surface right now.
But because the New Earth will be based on love we first have to fully recognise anything which is based on fear and limitation. We can’t heal anything which we don’t own and often just by recognising and acknowledging that we still hold onto certain negative beliefs, thoughts or past experiences the healing and letting go process has already begun.
And so we don’t ever have to judge ourselves or think less of ourselves when we notice that we still have things to heal. As long as we choose to be honest and transparent with ourselves we are on the right path and moving towards our true north. It is only when we – and often unconsciously – choose to be in denial we complicate things unnecessarily and create difficulties for ourselves.
This is especially true in all our relationships as often when we refuse to recognise a pattern, wound or unresolved issue within ourselves it will come up in our relationships. We might attract someone who makes our inner pattern so visible and uncomfortable that we finally take responsibility for it and release it or perhaps we might project it on others and magnify it further through creating an external struggle so that we can see clearly at last.
Ultimately the relationship we have with ourselves will reflect into all our relationships and so our relationships can be a wonderful gift helping us to understand more who we are. We have the potential to help each other and heal each other if we also bring our awareness, care and compassion into each of our relationships.
The best relationships are then those where each person understands their own innate power to create a happy life, their autonomy and authority, accepts and loves themselves unconditionally, values themselves and their own company and in that sense enters a relationship with their own cup already overflowing and offers it freely to the other.
This way we approach a relationship from a place of fulfilment, abundance and love and deep knowing that we are enough. Energetically the place we are coming from is everything as our actions will only magnify the initial energy further. And so love, self-empowerment and joy will create more love, joy and self-empowerment for both people in the relationship.
But when we enter a relationship with an empty cup feeling that we don’t have enough of something and seek it from the other we start the relationship from a place of lack, limitation, not-enough and this usually creates the same in the relationship and often magnifies it even further.
And so in a way we have to become what we seek. No one can do this for us and in truth we wouldn’t want them to as on the soul level we wouldn’t give this sacred power to anyone. The good news is that on the soul level we all already ARE magnificent beings of light and love. And so we don’t have to “make it happen” but rather ALLOW our innate light shine through.
Life itself is our best friend and guides us naturally towards letting go of what obscures our eternal and infinite light only temporarily. As unique aspects of the Divine we all have the power to transmute the dark into light, fear into love. We CAN let go of the story of the separate self based in lack and limitation and forgive ourselves and others.
And when our love and light shines brightly again we naturally and effortlessly bring it into all our relationships and create harmony and peace, not only with our loved ones but also with a greater world community. And so the beginning of any great relationship starts in the greatness and light of our own heart…So may we allow our hearts to guide us in all our relationships.
Lots of love,
Jana xx
