The Golden Middle Path

In the center of being, silence and movement converge; when rooted in awareness, every step becomes sacred.” Sage

Dear Ones,
In this lifetime I feel I am learning to walk the golden middle path. I am learning to stay in the heart of life, in the centre of the wheel of life. I feel it is where the true mastery lies.

And I am starting to sense it’s easier than the mind tells us. The reality of us human beings living in the first half of the 21st century can seem to be very complex. For us on a spiritual path we are all in various stages of awakening to our true nature which can be described with words such as oneness, infinite, eternal, divine, joy, true happiness, unconditional love and peace. At the same time to stay grounded we can’t deny our humanity and our human experience in this time and space.

I could continue in writing about the seemingly opposite or contradictory which describes who we are. And I can see more and more that the conditioning often makes us think in exclusive terms – I am this and not that and yet I intuit that the truth is more in inclusivity – I am this and that. The ultimate truth of who we are lies in our wholeness, in balance, in integration and harmony of the seemingly opposite. And so with this meditation I would like to create a sacred pause for us. A pause where we can be still, connect to ourselves and ask ourselves: Do I walk the golden middle path right now? Do I need to bring more balance in any area of my life? What are the steps I am guided to take right now which can restore the equilibrium in my life?

This meditation will also remind us of our innate wisdom and that all answers are already within each of us. It will reconnect us to our intuition which can’t be replaced by anyone or anything external and has the potential to guide us with such profound ease, joy and lightness. It is a voice which already speaks the language of wholeness, always taking into account all aspects of us and our lives. It is a testament to the truth that no matter how complex life may seem right now, at its core it’s simple—if we can allow it to be so.

And so, dearest One, if you feel inspired join us in this joyful restful gathering of kindred spirits.

Lots of love,
Jana xx
