Harmony of Stillness

In the sanctuary of stillness, may you discover the song of harmony within, and may its quiet radiance ripple outward, bringing peace to your life and to all you touch.” Sage

Dear Ones,

As we are stepping into autumn with shorter and cooler days ahead, a natural gift of this season is to slow down and look inwards. After extroverted spring and summer we are invited to step into a more introverted energy. In fact many inner gifts and treasures we might have overlooked in previous months might become more visible to us. Instead of rushed activity we are invited to rest in stillness and meditation so that we can find natural wholeness and harmony in which the body, mind and spirit can thrive.

It’s good to be aware that at this point of human evolution and especially in our western world extroversion and activity are valued more than introversion and rest. Stillness and rest are at its best seen just as a preparation for activity and productivity. But our current society usually fails to see it as something truly valuable on its own.

And so we celebrate extroversion and activity as visible expansion, expression and outward growth. But to find true wholeness we need both individually and also collectively start equally acknowledging and celebrating the times of introversion and rest. As they represent essential themes of integration, renewal and connection to inner guidance.

I believe we slowly start recognising this need for a greater balance more and more and once both yin and yang, feminine and masculine, rest and activity are equally honoured we’ll know what true harmony and equilibrium is – both in our individual lives and also collectively. I believe many current personal and societal issues will be consequently naturally resolved.

And so, dearest One, if you too recognise the importance of rest and stillness right now, join us for this rejuvenating meditation and allow yourself “just” to be. Allow yourself to be renewed by powerful regenerating energies of a benevolent and loving Universe. Allow yourself to recognise the immense value of beingness, stillness and rest. Allow the harmony to naturally appear as a result of you tending to inner feminine energies now. And as you do so you’ll be a living example of harmony and well-being and just your presence will be a gift to everyone around you.

Are you ready, dearest One?
I look forward to meditating with you.
Lots of love,
Jana xx
