Dear One,
Everything you see around you right at this moment is a manifestation of your PAST thoughts, feelings, beliefs and focus…As it often takes some time for your inner world (thoughts, feelings etc.) materialise in your outer world…The biggest obstacle of a smoother, easier and more joyful movement forward in life is that we give so much power to whatever is happening around us…Right now…And so often unconsciously recreate the same over and over…It is not until we learn to consistently go beyond the manifested, not until we learn to dive into the non-physical through the tool of meditation when we start truly feel, sense and know our unlimited eternal nature and the power of our focus…
This is the reason I use meditation in all my work…Unless all above becomes your own personal experience and deepest knowing, these are just words…Maybe interesting, maybe thought provoking, but not a real change can emerge from just reading them…But if you make it your own experience – and it is one of my greatest joys to witness it in your eyes – your life must change for the better…That’s when you realise that your power is always in the present moment and that what matters is not your past, but who you WANT to be NOW…There might not be any evidence of this new you in the external reality at this point, and yet this is your call forward and so what is more real – the past, the current or the future you?
I love asking myself in my meditations: What is the highest expression of me? As something truly magical happens to me when I ask this question…I relax, I expand, I can see the world and myself from a higher point of view….I can breathe deeper and I can feel freer…More energy and joy flows through me…And I know enough from my energy work that this is a clear sign that I am calling or rather initiating this new higher version of me and the life connected to it…
This is the happiest way of living! As we move through life there is and naturally always will be a higher call for our expression in the world and if we don’t go with it, we stagnate and start feeling unhappy – our ever so accurate inner guidance showing us that we are moving backwards…
My favourite part in all of this is that the sacred evolution of each of us is intrinsically connected to the collective evolution…Which couldn’t be more significant than now, when we are initiating the next major evolutionary step…
And so, dear One, my message to you today is to ask yourself this question now: What is the highest expression of me? and then just open your heart fully to the answer…We’ll also ask it together in this week’s meditations, which you are warmly invited to join…I feel it’s especially important now, when many are looking at lack, limitation and problems…Especially now, we have an unique opportunity to affirm who we truly are – unlimited, unrestricted beings of Light and Love and no external condition has the power to define who we are…No. It is the other way round! It is us who redefine over and over who we are and what the world is about. Are you ready?
