Dear Ones,
at the core of your being you are infinite unconditional love. That’s why it feels so good to experience love in all forms and shapes and both give and receive love. It always means being in alignment with who we truly are, in a profound harmony with our true being, with our true identity. Although the word love is often overused or even misused, no matter what the actual words are expressed, somehow we always know when we truly love and when we receive true love. It’s like the heart is a fine instrument and when touched by true love it resonates with such a beautiful melody that it can’t be mistaken for anything else.
Bringing love into all our relationships and into all we do at the same time means bringing life too, as love and life are so intrinsically connected. Life without love would be simply unbearable. It would be like walking through a desert with no hope for ever reaching the oasis.
And so even if it might feel scary at times to trust love and its mysterious ways, it’s time to remember that this is actually the way forward. While the mind can be very clever with giving you all the reasons why to do or not to do something, your deepest heart might just give you a silent nod in a certain direction. Often with no further explanation or reason. The mind is really just too scared to go beyond the familiar and all the “reasons” are just trying to keep you “safe”. But the wisdom, inspiration and intuition of your deepest heart will always take you unmistakably towards more life, more joy, more love which often means stepping into the unknown in some ways. And I believe the reason why the heart doesn’t give explanation is not to spoil the surprise, not to spoil the adventure. As what adventure would that be if you already know all details ahead?
And so can you take the leap? Can you fall in love?
I look forward to meditating with you.
Lots of love,
