“The universe and the light of the world shines through me.” Rumi
Dear Ones,
So much about awakening and spiritual growth is about unlearning…We are all unlimited eternal beings having a human experience. But this experience or game of life is at first so much about forgetting who we really are, as we are born to adults who have already forgotten a long time ago where they came from. Then often something external triggers this inner awakening and a gradual remembering of our true nature follows. Many of us instinctively sensing that there is much more to life than what meets the eye. The insights, intuition, mystical experience start unveiling that which is still hidden to many and we realise that nearly everything we were taught to believe is not in alignment with the highest truth.
And so many of us were conditioned to struggle and strive against life, because we were – often unspokenly – given the message that the world is not safe and we have to fight against it. This belief is often so deep in the subconscious mind, that it plays out in so many ways. And because what we believe to be true will always manifest, it perpetuates itself over and over…And yet this couldn’t be further from the ultimate truth.
The whole universe is literally made of love. There is love at the heart of every living being, no matter how it looks like on the surface of the everchanging manifested world. And if we could see this love from now on within everything and everyone, our lives would be free of dramas and problems. As seeing light within everyone means aligning with solution, with life, with progress, naturally evoking the best from everyone. Our life experience would then be that this is a loving and supportive universe and we can TRUST it. Completely. Entirely. Relaxing into the heart of the universe we would feel like children again, knowing that we are taken care of. Guided. Protected. Loved unconditionally. And the more we would let this infinite unconditional love carry us the more effortless and harmonious our lives would be.
But this is not just an utopian fantasy. This is something very practical as what you put out is what you get back. So anytime you find yourself striving, struggling or forcing an outcome just pause. Take a deep breath and let go. Recognising that your energy of struggle reaffirms that “life is hard” and would only attract another proof of “this truth”. Instead take a deep breath and drop the struggle. Drop the worry. Relax. Let go and release. Consciously open to the loving and harmonious energies of the universe moving you forward. Give in to effortlessness. Give in to the natural. Give in to the flow of life…Give in to love…Do you remember?
I look forward to meditating with you on Zoom!
Lots of love,
