Living From the Heart

“The very centre of your heart
is where life begins. The most beautiful place on Earth.” Rumi

 Dear Ones,

in the current state of our society we are conditioned to live predominantly in the head and just occasionally in the heart…Although the mind is a gift and a powerful tool when used consciously, for many the truth is that they are not using their mind, but the mind is using them…Constantly thinking, often without even realising, many believe and identify with every single thought and feeling anxiety, stress and fear are just natural consequences.

Dropping into the heart is such a relief then! Consciously being in the heart, opening it and letting the love flow freely is truly bliss. And although it’s very simple and you can accomplish it just by your intention and feeling your heart space, it might feel unfamiliar and foreign at first if you are used to being in your head most of the time. But don’t let the feeling of unfamiliarity stop you!
When you truly open your heart to yourself and all life, fear and anxiety naturally disappear. Your heart is connected to all hearts and Source and has its own divine intelligence. It knows the way and also that all is well and always will be no matter how it looks on the surface of creation. As where there is love there is also trust. The warmth and serenity of your heart is a sacred sanctuary where you can just rest and be as you are. And when in the heart you’ll naturally allow others to be as they are as there is no judgment either.

You’ll be more present with everyone and everything, as the heart grounds you in your body and in the present moment. So the unrepeatable beauty and magic of each moment becomes apparent to you once again…Countless opportunities, possibilities and synchronicities also reveal themselves to you one by one. They were always there but because you were lost in your thoughts they were invisible to you…

So if you feel inspired don’t let this be just another concept in your head but allow it to be your experience. Right now…Take a deep breath into your heart. How does it feel? Closed, trying to protect itself or wide open? If closed could you take another deep breath and allow it to open more? A little bit more? And a little bit more? Now let the magic begin…
I look forward to meditating with you.

Lots of love,
