Emerging

“And suddenly you know: It’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.” Meister Eckhart

Dear Ones,
one of the gifts as we go through this time of change is that it helps us to get in touch with who we truly are. On a greater scale any major transition has the potential to awaken us to our true nature, to the realisation that you – and everyone else – are not just this physical body but an unique expression of the Divine – eternal, immortal, unlimited and unconditionally loving.

But every step on our journey counts and has an immense value. So even having just a little bit clearer idea of who you are and what truly matters to you is something to be acknowledged and celebrated. And it is often through the contrast, experiencing of who you are not or no longer want to be, when clearer knowing of who you are triumphantly emerges.

Being authentic helps us to stay close to the truth and also allows for this emerging to happen naturally, effortlessly and as often as it’s appropriate for our unique journey. When we lovingly allow ourselves to be who we are, we notice and pay attention to what and who truly resonates with us. I personally always loved noticing this resonance. The magic, this sacred alchemy which draws us irresistibly to certain people, places, interests, creative projects or even objects. Some of them might stay with us our whole life, especially those who belong to our soul family, grow with us and we feel naturally deeply connected to. In other cases the resonance stops being there which doesn’t mean that something went wrong. It often simply means we overgrew this particular connection or situation and if we can trust the process of life and let go, it will dissipate from our life experience harmoniously.

This shift is often a sign that a higher expression of ourselves emerges. We see the world with fresh eyes, our horizons broaden and we notice possibilities and opportunities we haven’t thought of before. We are like a bird high in the sky catching a higher stream and seeing everything from a higher perspective. She knows it’s her joy to follow that stream and see where it takes her…

I look forward to meditating with you.
 Lots of love,
