Being Grounded

“And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair.”Kahlil Gibran

Dear Ones,

Last week in our meditation most of us really enjoyed floating in the universe, seeing and appreciating the planet Earth from a distance and at the same time not being bound by her natural rules and limitations. It became really obvious to me that most of us who are exploring our true nature and the non-physical part of us, are already good at this. And although knowing our eternal nature is such a blessing as it helps us live our Divinity and consciously connect to the unlimited power within, it could also sometimes be a form of escapism and self-protection.

As many of us are highly sensitive and can at times feel overwhelmed especially by the lower energies and disconnecting from the body can create a disconnection from the collective energy, ultimately it does not serve us. High sensitivity and refinement are a great gift not only for our personal lives, but also for the collective. In fact, that’s what the world needs the most right now – highly sensitive people, especially in leadership roles.

But to be able to bring our gifts fully into the world, we have to connect to it on a deep level first. This means being fully grounded in our bodies, hearts and also in mother Earth. When we take time to be grounded, we are balanced, centred, focused, calm and naturally bring together the best of the both worlds – the human and Divine. When we are truly grounded we no longer “live in the head”, we are neither lost in thoughts about the past nor future. Instead we are fully connected to the present moment, to the here and now. And that’s when we can embrace the gift of life fully and live it in the most joyful and creative ways.

Are you ready, dearest One?

I look forward to meditating with you.

Lots of love,
