“You may say
I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope someday you’ll join us
And the world will be as one…” John Lennon
Dear Ones,
I often find the highest truth is in paradox…On one hand we are all the same. Aspects of the Divine. Beneath all of our differences we are the same. Coming from the same Source. The One manifested as many…And then there is this magnificent diversity…Infinite richness of the Divine expressed in so many different bodies and personalities. We are lucky enough to live in times where humanity starts slowly understanding that our individual differences are the greatest gift we each contribute to the whole. Like a beautiful tapestry woven with many colourful threads creating stunning patterns and symbols… And I see future generations taking it further and fully understanding the power of diversity.
I see a society which truly honours the individual unique gifts of everyone, no longer valuing some gifts more and some gifts less but truly understanding that when everyone expresses their innate gifts, they are complementary. Like a mosaic, all pieces fit perfectly together…I see a society where no one is asked – directly or indirectly – to be someone they are not just to fit into certain beliefs or societal structures, understanding that if the structure is not able to welcome the individual it’s actually not serving the whole either. I see a society where everyone does what they love, creating a natural circle of giving and receiving. I see a society where everyone serves but no one is a servant.
You may say I’m a dreamer. But I’m not the only one. I hope someday you’ll join us! 🙂 We create our world through the way we think and feel about it, our words and actions follow naturally. And so through our unique personal life paths we are constantly releasing the old and outdated and embracing the new and life giving: We have to be what we want to see in the world. And so if you would like to see the world where everyone’s uniqueness is treasured and honoured, start first with yourself.
Let go of the idea that you should be be different, that you should be someone you are not. Yes, on your evolutionary path you’ll change many times, but at any point of your journey you are enough just as you are…There is something about you no one else has. Your unique personality. Your gifts. Your unique ways how you express those gifts in the world. Your unique point of view. Your unique perspective. Your unique life story. Can you see it? Can you fully embrace it? Can you celebrate it?
This is not a path of self absorption or ego gratification. It is a path of true love and true self-love. Because if you truly understand the beauty and power of your own uniqueness, you’ll understand it about everyone else too. And vice versa: If you do not honour the uniqueness of others on some level you still don’t honour your own either… As no one is more unique than others…We are the same…The One manifested as many…You see, the truth is in paradox…
I look forward to meditating with you.
Lots of love, Jana xx
