Dear Ones,
One of the greatest gifts you could ever give yourself and the world is to be yourself as fully as you can. Which means being true to yourself, to your values and to your inner truth. And when your inner truth is reflected in your intentions, words and actions, the light of your genuine authenticity shines brightly into the world and naturally supports others to do the same.
This doesn’t mean to be perfect. We all are “work in progress” and at times experiencing confusion about ourselves and our life. This usually happens when we are outgrowing the current version of ourselves. If we can have compassion for ourselves in those times we will be able to see clearly soon enough as inner guidance is always there and this inner truth never stops calling us back to what truly matters to us.
It all becomes much easier when you believe in yourself. As when you believe in yourself the confusion caused by self-doubt and inner insecurities doesn’t cloud your vision and so the clarity of who you are and who you are becoming will be more easily accessible for you.
There is no one like you in the whole Universe. Just allow yourself to pause and contemplate it for a little while. Can you feel the power of those words? Can you treasure yourself as this very unique and original expression of the Divine? If you can, believing in yourself will follow naturally.
When you believe in yourself, when you love yourself and treat yourself like your best friend, your life becomes more effortless, harmonious and joyful. Until then you will more often than not be in your own way and all the inner obstacles will create many outer obstacles. And in this sense the suffering in your life is optional: You can either be your own best friend or your worst enemy and experience the consequences of your choice. And whether it is a conscious or unconscious choice, the choice as always is yours.
Don’t let your mind persuade you that this shift from being your own enemy to your best friend is a difficult one. It can be as simple as making a decision. And if you fall into forgetfulness and back to the old patterns of not treating yourself well and have to renew this decision every day, then be it. It doesn’t matter how long it takes you to truly love yourself, support yourself and believe in yourself. Once this happens and fully manifests in your own life, you won’t regret one single step taken in this direction. You’ll know unequivocally that every single step was worth it: Because YOU are worth it!
Are you ready, dearest One?
I look forward to meditating with you.
Lots of love,
