Crystal Clarity

Dear Ones,

The mind is such a powerful creative tool. Although it can’t ever fully describe who we truly are – eternal infinite beings of light and love – it can be a wonderful tool helping us manifest our greatest dreams. The first step in using the mind positively and constructively is to be very clear in knowing that we are not the mind: Ultimately we are not the thoughts, feelings and beliefs, we are the pure awareness noticing the thoughts, feelings and beliefs.

This is important because in this point of human evolution and especially in our western society many people literally live in their heads, automatically identifying with every thought which crosses their mind and very rarely leaving space to pause in both thinking and talking. It’s like the sky is always full of clouds so you’ll never notice the beautiful blue of the sky beneath. And so in the midst of the constant inner and outer chatter many people never experience moments of deep replenishing peace.

The good news is that this vast blue sky, our true nature, never diminishes or disappears regardless if we can see it shining through or not. But especially in the beginning of exploring our true nature it helps to see at least patches of the blue now and then, so that we can feel encouraged and know that we are heading in the right direction. And this is one of the many undeniable gifts of meditation.

When we start awakening to who we truly are, we start seeing clearly what the mind really is. And we realise that we’ve been overusing it, always thinking, thinking and more thinking. What a big relief to see clearly that the mind is not here to guide us or give us answers to the biggest questions of our lives.

We make a discovery that the mind is a set of beliefs and thoughts recycling themselves over and over. It contains only what we know from our birth till now. So the mind knows very intimately our past self which is the reason many of us listen to its voice so much. But it can’t ever really see our future self. We also notice that if not trained intentionally positively, at this point of human evolution the mind is still predominantly negative.

But once we know its limits we also know more clearly what it’s designed for, so we no longer overuse it or overburden it with the bigger responsibilities which never really belonged to it. We use it only when it’s practically needed or in manifestation when we focus on our intentions, otherwise we set it aside as we do with any tools which are no longer needed when the task is completed.

Then our true being, our awareness – usually hidden in the background – naturally comes to the foreground. We notice deep peace and crystal clarity which has always been there but often obscured by incessant thinking creating confusion.

This new clarity has a beautiful quality of lightness, ease and joy. We know things without knowing how. As we connect intuitively to the unified field of awareness where all information already exists and is readily available we allow ourselves to receive it easily. This is very different from reaching conclusions after a period of intense analysing or overthinking which often creates unnecessary stress within us and brings only mediocre results at its best.

And so perhaps even for the first time we allow ourselves to fully be the effortless being that we are. Once this lightness of being is experienced we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Are you ready, dearest One?

I look forward to meditating with you.

Lots of love,

Jana xx
