JanalovinglifeYou Are the Only One Who Can Limit Your Greatness…
Dear Ones,one of my first meditations, nearly twenty years ago now, took me by a complete surprise. I was expecting just relaxation, maybe a deep relaxation, but my thoughts didn’t reach beyond that. So when I suddenly felt myself floating in what looked and felt like a space with stars and galaxies, I felt astonished. But it also felt somewhat familiar and natural to me. The most dominant feeling I can still recall was that of expansion, total freedom and absolute well-being. I didn’t need to justify my existence through anything, all was granted to me, simply because I existed. I was certainly not defined by anything external – race, gender, age, nationality etc. was all secondary and nothing more than like clothes I wear and one day I’ll take off…There are really no words to describe this immense unconditional love which holds everything together and dwells in the most sacred part of our hearts…And we don’t need to describe it. We only need to connect to it through meditation or other spiritual practices and ground our lives in it. In the inner knowing that there is a greatness within all of us as nothing less than Source/God/Universe resides within each of us. And that includes all gifts and powers of Source. They were given us for a reason. When we live in the forgetfulness of our true nature we live small and limited lives and consequently we lose access to those gifts. At the end not really helping anyone, the least ourselves. But when we allow ourselves to reach to the greatness within, we’ll reach to the stars and at the same time to every living being who can benefit from our presence. As in greatness we are available. In greatness we are free. In greatness we let our light shine into the world…
