There is really only one thing which can hold us back in life and that’s our own fear. No matter how it manifests, whether as paralysing worry or self-doubt or whether it takes on a more tangible form as a seemingly unsolvable problem is in a way secondary. It is only you who can perpetuate this fear by further feeding it or simply withdraw the power supply. It can live only on your own energy. You always have a choice: In any given moment you can either believe in yourself or believe in your fears.
Sometimes we might feel it’s not in our hands to change the way we think and feel about ourselves and consequently how we express ourselves in the world. But it always is. No one externally has the power to determine if you are able to be, do or have something or not. Maybe in your past people attempted to do so and you assigned them the authority to do so or perhaps you yourself were too hard on yourself, too self-critical and let it shape the image of who you could be in this world?
But maybe you are tired of feeding your fears? Maybe you are starting to understand your place in the universe, your immense value by being authentically you in this time and space? Maybe you are ready to live according to this highest truth? Maybe you are ready for change? Maybe you are ready to believe in yourself, in your dreams, in your visions? And maybe you are ready to act on them now?
If yes, know that no one can stop you. Know that the past doesn’t have any power over you unless you give it to it yourself. You are new in every moment of your life and every moment holds a precious gift of new possibilities and opportunities. And if you truly believe in yourself, these possibilities and new doorways will become visible and you’ll be able to reach them.
You don’t even have to see your fears as an enemy. They are just showing you where you are still holding onto negative beliefs about yourself and the world. You don’t have to be afraid to look at them and let them go. Maybe they’ve served you in your past but now you simply don’t need them any more.
Right now, at this moment you have all you need to create a happy fulfilling life. It is within you. You are an unique aspect of the Divine and all the gifts of Source are within you too. If you can trust it, if you can have confidence in yourself and in all the gifts within you, every single stepping stone leading you forward will reveal itself in perfect divine timing and perfect ways. So the remaining question is: Are you ready to take the next step now with confidence, dearest One?
