Dear Ones,
There is so much abundance, so much richness within us and all around us, only if we allow ourselves to see it… We all know the wisdom of the glass either half-full or half-empty mentality. It describes our predominant focus between those two essential choices we all have at any given moment. So it’s helpful to notice what the tendency of your mind is: Are you more a half-empty or half-full type of person? Only you know the honest answer. And knowing the answer is really the key to your happiness. Because once you are fully aware of what you are doing with your thoughts, you can always change it. So even if you realise that till now you’ve been really a more glass half-empty type of person, you have the power to change it anytime. The power to do so lies within you. It’s always been there and it will always be there. No matter how long you’ve let it be dormant, no matter how long you’ve been unconscious of it. It doesn’t really matter. At the moment you remember that it is within you it becomes fully available to you.
As we are all unique aspects of the Divine there is no real difference between us. We are all equally powerful. The only difference is whether we harness this power by focusing positively or squander it by focusing on the negative/unwanted and creating more of the same in our lives. As wherever you place your focus you place your energy and you expand it further. And it’s not so difficult to become more aware of which of the two you are doing as your feelings will give you instant feedback. It is simple maths: Positive focus activates positive feelings and negative focus activates negative feelings. This very accurate compass is within you right now and always.
The most abundant people I’ve met so far are those who often feel gratitude and appreciation and don’t take anything for granted. Often they call themselves lucky and are not afraid to both give and receive as they let the abundance circulate and allow its natural flow. There is an energy of generosity, well-being and trust surrounding them. And it’s good to know that we all have the ability to activate the same abundant energy if we want to experience more abundance and prosperity in our lives.
It’s helpful to know that you are worthy of this abundance, that you deserve it. As long as you – on some level – feel unworthy and undeserving it’s like putting a wall around you, so that the flow of abundance can’t reach you fully. And maybe there are other walls you’ve put around you and which prevent the flow of abundance towards you. Maybe you’ve been told you need to work very hard to deserve abundance? Maybe you’ve been told that rich people are bad people or that money is evil or that money and happiness don’t go together? All these beliefs are the walls standing between you and your prosperity and only you can let them go.
It’s helpful to know that these negative beliefs we mostly adopted in childhood often become unconscious and so you might not even know you’ve put these walls around you. But the good news is that life itself always gives us feedback as it accurately reflects what we believe to be true about ourselves and the world. So whatever manifests in our lives – next to the feelings – is an accurate reflection of our most dominant thoughts and beliefs. And it’s good to appreciate the reflection no matter what kind of feedback you are receiving, because how else would you know what you are doing? After all, whatever is happening right now in your life is always only a starting point. You can take it to any direction once you are clear about what your starting point is. The power to do so is within you. It has always been there and it will always be there. And you can access it right now. Are you ready, dearest One?
I look forward to meditating with you.
Lots of love,
Jana xx
