Self Love

“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I’ll meet you there.”―Rumi

Dear Ones,
There is only one true self love, and that is unconditional love. With a spiritual growth, deeper understanding and insight, it becomes more and more obvious that you deserve love simply because you exist. That there is so much value “just” in your pure existence in this time and space and everything else is in a way secondary. In this total self-acceptance and self-love, you’ll begin releasing one judgement after another dictating often unconsciously that you deserve love only if…You’ll start understanding more and more that if there are any conditions or “requirements” then it is not love at all, but something else. Very few of us were loved this way by another human being, so for many this is a completely new way of living. It’s a journey, it’s learning or more accurately unlearning and gradually finding and allowing more compassion, more understanding and more love for oneself. But it’s such a beautiful journey too. One I’ve seen many times by now and one I never get tired of witnessing. Always unique, but always pointing one’s life in the right direction. Simply because once all judgement has been released and one can breathe freely again enjoying the perfection of one’s authentic uniqueness, what is revealed is much better and brighter than anything that could ever happen from a place of “right and wrong” and judgements once imposed and later internalised. True self love naturally brings all personal unique gifts and talents to the surface. It makes you more real and anything you do more authentic including loving others, as there is no other agenda any more than giving your gifts freely. You are not trying to earn approval of others anymore. You know who you are. You know your value. You know at your very core you are love itself. Anything that comes from this way of living is a gift, is a real contribution to this world, is joy, and most of all is YOU.
