Trusting Your Innate Wisdom

Dear Ones,
Similar to you, I too am on this journey of awakening and so my understanding of the inner and outer world is constantly evolving. Every new insight and deeper understanding seems to only precede the next one and so after a while my infinite nature becomes quite apparent to me. The physical mind can’t comprehend it fully as it’s meant to keep us in this physical life with a clear beginning and a clear end. But if you are reading these words the chances are that you too have already experienced yourself in a way that can’t be defined only by those two definite points.
From the physical point of view many things in life seem to be random, happening by chance and inevitably then evoking a feeling of vulnerability of physical existence. But my insights and my intuition are telling quite a different story. They reveal life as a grand orchestration of an infinitely benevolent universe. The order and the patterns of synchronicities uncover loving supreme intelligence beyond all life. This supreme intelligence is within you, within me and every living being and because we are loved unconditionally and have been given the gift of free will we are even allowed to disregard this supreme intelligence within.

But as many of us soon discover a happy, joyful life means living in harmony with it. The innate wisdom within you is guiding you forward flawlessly and if you love and respect yourself you will learn to follow this soft inner voice which often manifests as your authentic yes or authentic no to any situations, people, events. Respecting your inner yes and your inner no sounds very simple and it is if we can at the same time be aware of conditioning which often gave us quite different programs. It often didn’t allow us to be fully authentic and especially in some cultures, nations, families and often for women the answer no was not allowed as equally as yes. And although wanting the best for others is always for the highest good of all involved, trying to please others even if we receive inner no is detrimental for everyone involved.

Other common examples of overriding this inner yes and no are often agendas coming from the ego and societal expectations. When we are too attached to certain outcomes, their time frames when they should happen and the ways they should happen, we often unconsciously silence the wise authentic voice within and say yes where no was more appropriate and the other way around. And so fully trusting this inner voice requires trusting this supreme intelligence within, synchronicities, divine order and divine timing more than the agendas and wants of the ego. And it’s good to ground ourselves in knowing that trusting this innate wisdom will always create more joy and happiness in your life even if it might look very different than you thought, while on the other hand you might manifest everything your ego tells you you need to feel happy, only realising that you reached mirage and not a true oasis and that true satisfaction and fulfillment are still missing…

And that’s the reason I am writing to you today, dearest One. Choose wisely, choose trusting the voice of your innate wisdom…

I look forward to meditating with you,

Lots of love,
Jana xx
